Data Deletion

Envoi Tech  ·  Effective: October 8, 2026

Envoi Tech ("we," "us," or "our") builds mobile applications for churches and faith-based organizations. This page explains how you can request deletion of your data. For a full description of what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.

Envoi Tech is a multi-tenant platform: each church's data is stored under that church's own account. Some of the ways to delete data therefore run through your church's administrators, as described below.

1. Deleting Your Admin App Account

Church staff can delete their own Envoi Tech account from inside the admin app: open Settings and tap Delete Account (staff without Settings will find it in the account menu at the top right). This removes your sign-in, your access to your church, and your devices' notification registrations. Content you added for your church, such as bulletins or attendance records, belongs to the church and stays with it.

2. Disconnecting a Facebook Page

When a church connects its Facebook Page to the Envoi Tech admin app, we store an access token that lets the church publish its own content to that Page. We do not store the personal Facebook profile of the person who connects it.

To remove this connection and delete the stored token, an administrator can open the admin app, go to the church's integration settings, and choose to turn off or disconnect Facebook posting. You may also remove Envoi Tech from your Facebook account at any time under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations on Facebook.

3. Deleting Church Member Data

If you use a congregation app and want your data deleted — for example, messages, prayer requests, connection-card submissions, or your account identifier — you can request deletion by contacting your church's administrators, or by emailing us at the address below. Because your data is held under your church's account, we may coordinate with your church to complete the request.

4. Requesting Deletion by Email

To request deletion of your data, email john@envoitech.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Please include enough information for us to identify your data — such as your name, your church, and the app you use. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on the request.

We will process verified requests within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information by law.

5. Contact
